POSITION:
OPC\Off site Sales and Marketing Concierge are guest service/sales professionals who offer guests their first impression of staySky Vacation Club. The OPC offers guests the opportunity to tour with staySky Vacation Clubs during their current stay. The other services the OPC provides are: theme park tickets, reservations, directions, and vacation planning. As an OPC, you are the ambassador in the lobby of our hotels and tourist info centers. The OPC will provide the highest level of professional service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Self-directed and independent, but works as a team player.
- Dependable and goal oriented.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Flexible Schedule
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Must be flexible as needed for business operations.
