Team Member Services Coordinator

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute company-wide Team Member events by developing overall plan, timelines, marketing and communication plans.
  • Create monthly Team Member newsletter.
  • Update content for internal communication boards as required.
  • Oversee Team Member Services budget.
  • Administer Team Member recognition programs.
  • Partner with external vendors for Team Member savings programs.
  • Support other HR functions to include Staffing, New Hire Orientation and front desk reception area.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) required.
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills.

Education:

  • High school degree or GED is required. Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information:

  • Strong guest relations skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, manage confidential information while displaying a high degree of tact.
  • Effective problem solving and communication skills required.
