Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a Director of Marketing and E-Commerce with hands on experience. This person must be self-motivated, dynamic, and have strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will improve the search engine marketing efficiency by analyzing and maximizing source mix and cost ratio. Will increase engagement (time spent, page views) by providing regular analysis and recommendations to editorial, website and product marketing teams, convert free traffic to paid traffic via the various paid subscription options and convert free traffic into leads to support vendor campaigns. 

Some Responsibilities include: 
*Manage search metrics using Google analytics and other analytic tools. 
*Develop, execute and evaluate effectiveness of all SEM/PPC campaigns for all websites. Includes keyword research, link building, landing page optimization, etc. 
*Develop, execute and evaluate effectiveness of SEO strategies and coordinate with editorial, product marketing and website development. 
*Responsible for devising, supervising, promoting, and tracking social media, blog, and various community/viral communication channels. 
*Analyze and develop procedures to measure and track results of multi-variant testing. 
*Provide sales ready data to product marketing for the development of outbound audience analytics data sheets. 
*Stay current on SEO developments and communicate the application of SEO strategies, performance metrics and programs to Management Company. 
*Work closely with internal technology teams to optimize current and new work. 
*Responsible for digital analytics reporting and measurement of web sites, social applications and digital campaigns. 
*Provide Creative and innovative e-newsletters and e-blasts utilizing database and existing tools. 
*Provide feedback /analysis on current Internet Marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in online marketing and audience development for paid and free sites (SEO, SEM, email newsletters, social media). 
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis. 
* The ability to develop, implement and access direct marketing programs that deliver measurable results.                                                                                                                                                        * Experience with Web Analytics software (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, or similar). 
* Experience with Excel, databases (preferably MSSQL Server). 
* Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills. 
* Experience with Salesforce a plus\

* Photoshop experience a plus
