JTP/JNP is seeking qualified experienced healthcare staffing recruiters. As a national healthcare recruiter you will be pairing physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist and nurses with top-quality hospitals and skilled healthcare facilities nationwide. JTP/JNP national recruiters are provided top industry recruiting software applications, lead generation systems and proactive social network marketing. As a Direct Placement Account Executive you will have a large national territory to place therapists and nurses with hospitals and clinics. You will be in charge of developing client relationships, presenting qualified candidates and negotiate candidate employment offers. JTP/JNP has a wide range of lead generations including professional websites and social media marketing to connect with active and passive therapy candidates. Healthcare staffing is fast pace because of the high demand for healthcare professionals. Position Highlights:

• Conducting sales calls to existing and new clients and sourcing candidates for open positions. 
• Recruit and place healthcare professionals nationally. 
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with potential and active clients to effectively increase placement opportunities. 
• Recruit active and passive candidates and develop a strong network of potential candidates. Ability to source candidates via internet and social websites. 
• Team with other JTP recruiters for split desk hires/placements.

Ideal Candidate will have the following experience:

• Telesales - ability to make sales calls 
• Ability to build relationships with existing and new clients
• Ability to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Inside Sales Experience is Preferred
