Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance/repairs throughout the hotel.  A minimum of three years recent related experience is required ideally in a comparable environment (hotel/apartment).  Must have well-rounded skill set.  Position may initially require an emphasis on painting and drywall repair. Due to the nature of our business, must have outstanding people and communication skills.  Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule (am/pm/weekends & holidays).
