Summary/Objective
The Business Development Associate will create and build client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain projects. This role assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for clients/ including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations.

1.       Communicate back with prospects and urge them to set appointment to view inventory

 

2.      Track and report on the status of all prospects

 

3.      Establish and maintain on-going client relationships

 

4.      Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.

 

5.       Place 100 outbound phone calls per day

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 12:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status.

 

 

 

Required Education and Experience

 

 

 

1.       Associates degree and related experience

 

2.      At least one year of experience in business development and/or call center sales experience

 

3.      Must have experience supporting the development of at least 15 prospects per week (walking them through the appointment/show process).

 

Preferred Education and Experience

 

1.       Associates degree with concentration in business/marketing.

 

2.      Bilingual (Spanish and English)
