POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor will manage a team of up to 20 agents, maintain a positive work environment while energizing and motivating telemarketers. They will help telemarketers meet personal and company sales goals while enforcing company policies and procedures. They will provide coaching, personal development, progressive discipline and enhanced sales tactics for all members of their team. They will be responsible for production levels, agent retention, lead and labor efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Close sales Monitor sales calls
- Motivate Sales floor Enforce company policies/procedures
- Keep agents happy and selling Provide good customer service Work with predictive dialer
Duties:
- Monitor agent phone calls to ensure accurate representation of package details
- Coach agents through sales
- Take over sales agents calls to close a sale Expect a minimum of five upfront sales closed a day
- Enforce sales floor policies such as cell phone use, clapping, etc
- . Perform other duties as assigned by manager Help to train, re train sales agents
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of sales experience High energy Proven customer service skills.
- Time management skills Excellent Verbal communication skills
- Advanced sales and negotiation skills Ability to motivate, train and lead a team
- Must conduct self in a professional and unbiased manner at all times Initiative and enthusiasm is important and must have a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work in a fast pace production driven environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays Outgoing personality
