It is the responsibility of this person to oversee the fulfillment of asset management program at the service center. This person will work directly with all independent dealers and service center technicians to ensure that all asset projects are being fulfilled in appropriate time frames. Also, this position will oversee the asset management program from web site development to fulfillment and serve as a primary contact for all dealers to Skyline asset management in service center location. Trade show experience preferred. 


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily scheduled production meetings coordinating with the rental, asset     and manufacturing teams.
  • Provide estimates to dealer network for entrances, storage, in and out, and service fees for asset managed clients; inclusive of show book services and I&D coordination, if required.
  • Responsible for quarterly billing of asset clients to accounting.
  • Build and maintain customer’s assets in Exhibit Pro (EP)
  • Utilize SAP to enter asset service orders
  • Create detailed work order book for services technicians
  • Coordinate with dealer offices any changes or modifications to orders or inventory
  • Annually review standard pricing with all service centers
  • Duties are not limited to the above mentioned and could have additional tasks as required by the business or specific Service Center

  • Commitment to Quality: Able to emphasize the need to deliver quality services; can define standards for quality and evaluate processes and services against those standards. 
  • Attention to detail/accuracy: Checks and verifies work; pays attention to details; follows up with others to ensure accuracy. 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with ERP systems.

Minimum Education/Certification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience
  • 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Exposure to inventory and/or project management.
  • Previous trade show experience
