Duties:
- Fabrication of threaded materials (metal pipe) using stocklist and plans.
- Will follow standard operating procedures, meeting customer requirements and providing accurate product with zero defects
Responsibilities include:
- Accurate cutting, labeling and color coding of threaded pipe according to stocklistings;
- Production of quality threads, periodically checking thread depth assuring that threads shall meet ANSE/ASME BI.20.1 specifications;
- Proper maintenance and adjustments of all thread shop machinery and measuring devices;
- Pull on of proper fitting on pipe in accordance with stocklist proper reaming, bundling and tagging of completed branch line piping;
- Proper reaming and end preparation of pipe in accordance with NFPA standards;
- Proper bundling and tagging of completed branch line piping.
(Every position is responsible for safety, prevention of waste, and continual improvement)
Requires the ability to work continuously and efficiently in a fast pace environment, both independently and as a team member.
Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
Shift: 6:00-2:30 Monday-Friday
Salary: $10.00 an hour
