Guest Relations Agent - Caribe Royale

A guest relations agent is responsible for responding to guest comments via the internet, telephone, letter, or in person and solving any challenges that may arise.
The ideal candidate is efficient and accurate in regards to the daily operations, friendly and courteous to all individuals (both guest and non-guest), has great communication skills, proficient in English, is able to read, write, and answer e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Must be able to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
