Director of International Admissions

Implement strategic vision for growth and improvement while managing the division-specific budgets to ensure expenses are aligned, projections are met, and to properly forecast future expenses and growth goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Align with all Full Sail departments (Outreach, Marketing, Education, Career Development, among others) to create strong advocacy and support for a thriving international student population and student experience at Full Sail University
· Directly manage International Admissions, Enrollment, and Student Support Teams responsible for recruiting and supporting Full Sail International Students
· Help Oversee English as a Second Language Pathway Programs, International Student Support Programs, as well as other International Student Communities

Education and/or Experience:
· Master’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in directing an international program at the college or university level are required
· Demonstrated success in recruitment of international students from around the world
· Knowledge of university policies and procedures as well as extensive knowledge of the university’s programs and offerings
· Understanding of regulatory issues in international recruitment including SEVIS; working knowledge of pertinent immigration policies and procedures
· Second language required

Computer/Equipment Skills:
Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
