Seeking a new hire with minimum five (5) years of  secretarial/administrative experience. Must be able to type 45 correct words per minute. Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Familiarly with J. D. Edwards Enterprise One or equivalent Accounting Management System. Ability to track budget variances, expenses, etc., with oversight by supervisor. Capable of following directions, and planning of daily activities. Ability to work effectively with others in a group environment. Good written / verbal communication skills. Required Work Practices and Abilities: Customer Service Skills, Ability to Multi-Task effectively. Ability to work with a variety of people in team atmosphere. Must be willing and capable of working some amount of recurring overtime. Must be capable of driving a passenger type vehicle in the performance of assigned duties.

Responsibilities maintain all capital project files and records for the minimum statutory time periods. Verify and prepare all vendor invoices for payment and tracking in Enterprise One. Prepare OUC forms for travel requests, check requests, security, and submit for final approval. Complete time entry for Payroll processing. Order and maintain office supplies. Prepare standard OneWorld capital and maintenance work order reports. Compose and/or review to put in final format correspondence, memos and reports. Maintain and Organize existing Multiple Project File System. Maintain office files, timesheets, etc. File, open and distribute mail. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Other job duties as directed by supervisor. Project coordination experience preferred : coordinates many project related activities, project logistic tasks, project onboarding, compiles metrics related to IT project success, serves as a resource to project managers to track costs and project performance, to integrate project data and other metrics.
