Position:    Payroll Coordinator        Location:      Orlando, FL

Summary of Position Requirements
Coordinates Revenue transaction.  Assists with bi-weekly payroll review.  Processes all commissions, bonuses, expense reports and reclassifications.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Tracks / Compiles Purchase agreements for revenue recognition
  • Prepare and enter commissions and bonuses
  • Enter taxable values
  • Track distributions for payroll
  • Reclassify departments to the appropriate coding
  • Review payroll register and ensure Associates are paid accurately
  • Ensure vacation and personal time is deducted accordingly
  • Set up new account codes for payroll
  • Review GL to ensure WC code and departments are correct
  • Manage back run
  • Account reconciliation 
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of two years accounting or payroll experience required
  • Intermediate computer skills – Proficient with Excel
  • JD Edwards experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail

Physical Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and supplies weighing 25 lbs or less. Finger dexterity is necessary.

  • Ability to professionally perform multiple, detail-orientated tasks; good written, verbal and organizational skills; able to follow directions from a supervisor.
