Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
· Campaign development, deployment, and daily management 
· Optimization of campaigns to meet daily and monthly lead, budget, and quality goals 
· Presentation of campaign performance, obstacles, and solutions for improvement 
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of prospective student audiences and relevant educational offerings 
· Effectively use available data resources to inform campaign optimization strategy 

Other Responsibilities: 
· Adhere to the policies and procedures of Full Sail University 
· Maintain strict confidentiality of company and personnel information 
· Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization 
· Adhere to company attendance standards 
· Perform other duties as assigned 

Competencies: 
· Ability to self manage, prioritize and maintain a high number of complex projects in a fast-paced environment 
· Good analytical and problem solving skills 
· Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Education and/or Experience: 
· BA/BS or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields 
· 2 years working experience in marketing 
· Specialized experience in Google AdWords preferred 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 
· Google AdWords and Analytics certifications a plus, but not required 

Computer/Equipment Skills: 
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (proficiency will be tested) 
· Full understanding of Internet URL structure and usage 

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: 
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input, and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
