Qualifications:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Human Resources or related experience preferred.

Job Summary:

Performs human resources related functions with a focus on recruiting and processing candidates for hire.

• Screens applications for employment and processes candidates
• Gathers statistical information for reports
• Meets with employees to gather information
• Enters information into databases; logs data in computer
• Responds to questions verbally or in writing, providing guidance to employees.
• Prepares routine correspondence
• Will work occasional evenings and weekends to attend career fairs and assist in candidate processing

Salary:

$30,576/year or $32,115/year with 3 years experience
