Maintenance & Repair Technician - Commercial Facilities

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions):

• Maintain and repair all commercial properties, to include air light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, paint, stucco, concrete and general maintenance.
• Support all other property maintenance needs.
• Manage assigned service calls and prioritize work based on departmental guidance.
• Submit and complete work orders
• Provide written reports on properties as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must have full body rotation and movement.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds with little or no difficulty.
• Must work with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Must be able to climb a 24 ft. ladder.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 or more years’ experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, stucco, concrete and general building maintenance or documented formal training in at least one or more skill sets.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license in good standing in the state that you reside.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.
