Maintenance & Repair Technician - Commercial Facilities
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions):
- Maintain and repair all commercial properties, to include air light electrical, light plumbing, drywall, paint, stucco, concrete and general maintenance.
- Support all other property maintenance needs.
- Manage assigned service calls and prioritize work based on departmental guidance.
- Submit and complete work orders
- Provide written reports on properties as required
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must have full body rotation and movement.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds with little or no difficulty.
- Must work with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Must be able to climb a 24 ft. ladder.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 or more years’ experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, stucco, concrete and general building maintenance or documented formal training in at least one or more skill sets.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license in good standing in the state that you reside.
- Fluent in reading and writing English.
