The counter customer service representative is responsible for the day-to-day sales at our café & deli. The counter CSR/Cashier is tasked with ensuring that Wright’s creativity and quality are enjoyed through guests’ food experiences.  As a customer service rep in our café, bakery and deli, you will do the following:

  • Settle customers’ checks with the register
  • Suggestive sell to customers
  • Complete training in Deli Prep
  • Help other areas as needed such as preparing sandwiches

To join our team of talented customer service reps, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Six months cashier, server, or call center experience plus six months food prep/BOH experience in past three years
  • Initial training and experience as Deli Prep
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Skill in computer technology
  • Ability to work quickly, precisely, and consistently
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Holiday Season between Nov. 1 through Dec. 31
  • Thrive in an organized environment

  • Compensation is between $10-14/hr commensurate with skills and experience

The following shifts are available:

  • Full-time shifts for those who are able and willing to work between 4a and 10p Monday through Saturday.
  • Part-time shifts for those who can work 15-20 hours/week (trainings are in the morning starting as early as 6am)

Helpful tips for a positive applicant experience:

  • Expect to dedicate at least 30-45 minutes to the application and assessment.

  • Do not use a cell phone or tablet to apply. The application and assessment require extensive use of a keyboard, mouse and at least a 9" screen.
