The counter customer service representative is responsible for the day-to-day sales at our café & deli. The counter CSR/Cashier is tasked with ensuring that Wright’s creativity and quality are enjoyed through guests’ food experiences. As a customer service rep in our café, bakery and deli, you will do the following:
- Settle customers’ checks with the register
- Suggestive sell to customers
- Complete training in Deli Prep
- Help other areas as needed such as preparing sandwiches

To join our team of talented customer service reps, you must meet the following requirements:
- Six months cashier, server, or call center experience plus six months food prep/BOH experience in past three years
- Initial training and experience as Deli Prep
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Skill in computer technology
- Ability to work quickly, precisely, and consistently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Holiday Season between Nov. 1 through Dec. 31

- Compensation is between $10-14/hr commensurate with skills and experience
The following shifts are available:
- Full-time shifts for those who are able and willing to work between 4a and 10p Monday through Saturday.
- Part-time shifts for those who can work 15-20 hours/week (trainings are in the morning starting as early as 6am)
