Job Title:    Administration & Compliance Specialist   


Job Overview:  Partner with team members to provide assistance to MFRMLS members and its Shareholder Associations to maintain membership and listing data and assist with the company’s compliance of the rules and regulations instituted by the MFRMLS Board of Directors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new members and offices
  • Maintain accurate membership records from shareholder associations
  • Monitor membership database exceptions, report issues and make needed corrections
  • Provide efficient and courteous customer service to members and shareholder association staff
  • Manage calls (inbound and outbound)
  • Manage multiple email folders
  • Add new listings and complete listing changes that are in accordance with MFRMLS Rules and Regulations
  • Act as a point of escalation to review, research and respond to customer issues and concerns
  • Liaison for other departments and association staff as a subject matter expert of the MFRMLS Rules and Regulations
  • Monitor and review listings to ensure compliance of MFRMLS Rules and Regulations 
  • Perform audits on MLS accounts and websites to ensure they are compliant with MFRMLS Rules and Regulations
  • Maintain fines associated with non-compliance of MFRMLS Rules and Regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments on project related work
  • Other responsibilities, as assigned
