Line Cook – Channelside Area OR Clearwater Beach

Yacht Starship Dining Cruises operates Tampa Bay's premier fleet of dining yachts. Yacht Starship's food and service have been rated 3-diamond by AAA which ranks in the top 28% of all restaurants (even land-based restaurants!) Our cruises consist of public 'restaurant-style' dining as well as private 'banquet-style' events. Menus range from 3 or 4-course seated meals to upscale buffets to hand-passed hors d'oeuvres and gourmet food stations.  

Line Cook Requirements:  Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume and/or fine dining restaurant with a stable work history. Our cruises are typically 3 hours with all guests being fed usually within a 2-hour time frame, so best applicants would be able to contribute to a quality end-product while moving very quickly. It would be a plus for candidates must have a clean driving record.  This is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be available to work Saturdays. This is a mandatory pre-requisite. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST.
