Activities Associate

To provide leadership for an Industry Best Recreation Program. Offer outstanding customer service and create value for our guests and owners by offering a unique balance of engaging, memorable and compelling activities for all age groups while promoting a great guest experience. 

Team member should have the confidence and showmanship to individually lead a variety of programs and convey a sense of fun and enthusiasm to participants. Associate must be able to actively engage and involve guests and owners in all programs offered. Associate must also be able to independently operate department retail outlets while maintaining a high level of guest focus.

Requirements
Candidates must possess the confidence and showmanship to convey a sense of fun and enthusiasm with a “spirit to serve” attitude. Knowledge of the hospitality industry, specifically event planning and recreation is a plus. Candidates should enjoy being with people, convey an authentic generosity of spirit and display a positive attitude and openness to feedback. Applicants should be energetic and fun while projecting an image of courtesy and professionalism at all times. The position requires excellent communication skills including verbal and written, with the ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
