Description
 
As an Alorica B2B Business Account Sales Representative you will be working on behalf of our clients, who are the leaders in the financial industry. We will support you by providing guidance from experienced Sales professionals and training.  As your sales grow, your earning potential grows with a combination of a guaranteed base salary and earned commission.
 
Average first year earnings are $35,000-$45,000, inclusive of a combination of base salary plus an uncapped commission and bonus structure.

Hours are Monday - Friday business hours. No weekends!
 
Responsibilities:
•    Sell products and services to businesses using consultative selling techniques.
•    Identify prospective customers using established lead methods.
•    Uncovering the needs and delivering the value while setting qualified appointments or closing the sale.
•    Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals.
•    Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.

Qualifications:
•    High School Diploma or Equivalent required
•    Experience in sales or client service environment preferred.
•    Highly effective communication skills – oral and written.
•    Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
•    Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective businesses.
•    Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
