Financial Aid File Administrator - Campus

Winter Park, Florida

The Financial Aid File Administrator will administer all financial aid for campus students from becoming active through to graduation and ensure compliance with all Title IV regulations while creating a positive and stress-free experience for all students. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Process Reports with timeliness and accuracy 
• Repackage Subsequent Academic Year Financial Aid 
• Process verifications on new ISIRs 
• Package Private, SFCA, and Plus loans as needed 
• Process audit corrections 
• Respond to Financial Aid Student Advisor requests 
• Adjust students’ packaging for received Credits for Previous Training 
• Work special reports and assignments as requested by management

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and personnel information 
• Adhere to company attendance standards 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience: 
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in an administrative position or equivalent combination of experience and education 
• Must be in good standing in all Federal Title IV programs and remain current with federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations 

Computer/Equipment Skills: 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required 

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: 
Work is performed in an office environment. Physical requirements include remaining seated for potentially more than 8 hours per day, computer operation/data entry and minor lifting. Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and work a 40 hour work week that may include some overtime, nights, and weekends.
