- Produce meals following established high volume recipes; cook and prepare food for multiple daily menus within specific time periods, ensuring quality and accuracy of portions; coordinate timing of food production; assist with the requisition of daily food items, assist in inventory control and First In/First Out.
- Prep meals daily for next day production;
- Provide back up support to the Executive Chef.
- Assist in controlling waste, cost controls and labor costs.
