Harbor Community Bank, one of the fastest growing banks in Florida has an exciting opportunity for a Loan Administration Specialist. In this role you will support loan operations by performing routine clerical duties related to loan processing and administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Primary contact point for satisfying documentation exceptions and updating tracking ticklers

Works with internal & external customers to resolve research items, in a team and independently.
-
Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls to/from customers and insurance carriers.

Provide payoff quotes for mortgage, installment, consumer and commercial loans.
-
Utilize access databases to send customer correspondence, run daily tickler reports and track account status.
-
Prepare the appropriate satisfaction documentation for releasing collateral (DMV, Mortgages, UCC filings, etc.)
-
Ensure the completion of UCC filings and continuations.
-
Log negotiable collateral into safekeeping.
-
Process, maintain and track the account payables.
-
Daily review of critical loan information after previous days work and corrections if required.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations.

Assist other associates when needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as well as typing skills, with knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong work ethic. General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.
Education, Training and & Work Experience: Some college/university experience or Associate degree preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of loan operations preferred or 3-5 years of banking experience. Loan documentation knowledge preferred
