Project Manager/Estimator

Damage, restoration and cleaning company is seeking a Project Manager for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and organization and administration.

Ideal candidate will have industry experience, Xactimate estimating writing experience, and experience overseeing projects.

Responsible for coordinating all engineering, cost control, quality assurance.

Responsible from start to project closeout, to know the plans, specifications, estimate, cost reports and the contract for all assigned projects.

Determine the overall construction schedule and preparation of the detailed CPM schedule. Supervise all field technicians and subcontract work: procurement, coordination, performance, and final payments. 

Individual will be responsible for planning and delivering projects that meet the requirements for project margins, schedules, budgets, and quality of service.

Job requirements include:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration industry is preferred.  

- Experience in both residential and commercial construction is required.

· Meet requirements of agreed upon sales goals and budgets

· Xactimate software experience, 27/28 version

- Computer Literate; MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-8:00am to 5:00-6:00p and on call once a month.

Term: Fulltime to Hire

Salary: $50,000.00- $60,000.00 per year (includes company car, laptop and cell phone)
