Project Coordinator
Damage, restoration and cleaning company is seeking an Internal Project Coordinator.
Will be responsible for assisting the Project Team by keeping current and accurate project documentation, verifying that policies and processes are followed, and communicating with customers, adjusters, vendors and others involved with the project.
This position also plays a vital role in customer service and communication.
Internal Project Coordinator Job Duties
Function as an initial point of contact with customers on new claims including speaking with the customer to verify project details
Enter job data into CRM system and update all daily job notes for projects and as needed for reconstruction projects.
Ensure accurate project documentation including contracts, budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and completion documents.
Verify that project schedules are completed and communicated
Verify that project documentation is completed, coordinating with customers as necessary to obtain executed documentation
Assist Project Managers to ensure that project workflow meets established procedures
Assist Project Managers with obtaining customer selections prior to the inception work
Assist the Project Manager with the identification and purchase of materials for a project and coordination of delivery to a job site.
Understanding of products in construction such as flooring, cabinetry, color palettes, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
Customer Service, Detail Oriented, Team Player, Maintain Accurate Notes, Project Management, Invoicing, Collections, Multitasking, Customer Follow-up, Computer Proficiency, Strong Communication skills.
Sales background, bilingual, and knowledge of Industry a plus.
Training will be offered to the candidate to the restoration industry.
Ideal Candidate
Will have a strong administrative background, be computer savvy and dedicated as will be working with a demanding Operations Manager to meet timelines in a fast paced environment.
Have any related industry experience and be familiar with Construction lingo.
Be a little “thick-skinned” and able to juggle multiple product orders and also meet with Suppliers to oversee showroom.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30a-8:00am to 5:00pm
Term: Fulltime to Hire
Salary: $15:00-17:00 an hour
