Frontline is seeking qualified applicants for an Inside Sales Coordinator position to work in our Lake Mary, Florida Corporate office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties, as well as a variety of sales support duties.  The ideal candidate would have a strong administrative skills, an insurance background and experience with SalesForce.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Regional Sales Managers, VP of Sales and the sales staff to provide administrative support for the sales department
  • Handle incoming phone calls to the sales department, routing them appropriately
  • Handle a variety of assigned tasks
  • Coordinate new agency setups
  • Project Tracking
  • Perform other duties as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or equivalency required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Professional Insurance Designation, 440 or 220 insurance license is preferred
  • Prior insurance experience.
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills
  • Strong relationship management and proven experience delivering a high level of internal and external customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated teamwork
