The Phone Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day sales at our café & deli. The customer service rep is tasked with ensuring that Wright’s creativity and quality are enjoyed through guests’ food experiences.  As a customer service rep in our café, bakery and deli, you will do the following: 

•    Assist in-bound call-in customers with orders ranging from sandwiches to specialty cakes to full-service catering
•    Call out-bound prospects
•    Complete training in Deli Prep and Cashier
•    Help other areas as needed such as preparing sandwiches
•    This is NOT a call center environment

To join our team of talented customer service reps, you must meet the following requirements:

•    Six months cashier, server, or call center experience plus six months food prep/BOH experience in past three years
•    Initial training and experience as Deli Prep and Cashier 
•    Ability to communicate clearly, especially on the phone
•    Skill in computer technology
•    Ability to work quickly, precisely, and consistently
•    Ability to lift 50 lbs.
•    Ability to work Saturdays and Holiday Season between Nov. 1 through Dec. 31
•    Thrive in an organized environment
•    Seek long-term employment---one year or more

•    Agree to a pre-employment background check (criminal and driving)
•    Compensation is between $10-14/hr commensurate with skills and experience

The following shifts are available:

•    Full-time shifts for those who are able and willing to work between 4a and 10p Monday through Saturday. 
•    Part-time shifts for those who can work 15-20 hours/week (trainings are in the morning starting as early as 6am)

Helpful tips for a positive applicant experience:
