SUMMARY
Oversee all front office operations. Assures guest satisfaction with room amenities and service.
Resolve guest complaint in an efficient manner by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Hiring and termination of all front office and night audit personnel
Resolve guest complaints
Oversee all phases of front office operation
Produce room forecast.
Maintain operation al budget.
Input payroll into Kronos.
Oversee training and development of personnel
Takes care of all emergency situations on property
Act as manager on duty for the resort
Review nightly audit to ensure accuracy
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise two managers, three supervisors and 12 team members in the Front Desk, and Night Audit.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and
directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to
one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and
legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory
agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for
publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to
top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and
fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as
fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITIES
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret
an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
abstract and concrete variables.
