Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in call center environment
- 2 years supervisory or manager experience
- Ability to mentor and develop staff to succeed
- Monitor KPI's of staff
- Motivator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some college required, prefer Bachelor's Degree
