Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in call center environment
• 2 years supervisory or manager experience 
• Ability to mentor and develop staff to succeed
• Monitor KPI's of staff
• Motivator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some college required, prefer Bachelor's Degree
