Maintenance Supervisor

Excellent opportunity for a qualified individual with proven Maintenance supervisory experience to oversee the department at our main production facility and Corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg.  This exempt position reports to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for overseeing M&R functions and associated staff. This includes, but is not limited to, supervising and assigning tasks to the maintenance team, providing hands-on maintenance support as required, ensuring production efficiency standards are met with minimal downtime, ensure labor costs do not exceed budget parameters, troubleshoot and coordinate machinery and systems repairs, whether performed direct/indirect, develop and maintain predictive/preventive maintenance schedules, and other duties as assigned.  Successful candidates will possess at minimum, five to seven years in a supervisory maintenance position, good computer skills including operating CMMS systems, knowledge of local codes, OSHA and ANSI regulations, HazMat/LOTO certifications, minimum valid Class E Florida drivers license.  Preferred skills include Universal Technician certification, Licensed Electrical Journeyman, boiler certification, RETA certification, Food industry experience, others.  Prior experience with production/packaging equipment and refrigeration systems a must!  A commitment to safety, compassion and empathy for those in need is a fundamental orientation our most successful employees possess.  Join a team which is dedicated and engaged and has more than just an occupation!
