ComRes provides professional service to Commercial and Residential customers in Central Florida.  

We are looking to hire EXPERIENCED  Building Maintenance, Installation, Technicians!   This position will require the applicant be available for both day work and night work. Our company is a leader in the Central Florida building maintenance industry with over 12 years in the market. It is our mission to provide professional, reliable, high-quality building maintenance services to our customers.

Do you have experience Maintenance Repair Experience in:

• Drywall
• Painting / Texture 
• Floor and Cove Base Repairs
• Cabinet Repair 
• Ceramic Tile  and Grout Repair 
• Pressure Washing

We are only Accepting applications from candidates who currently possess experience in Maintenance – Installation – Repair.  
All candidates that interview will be required to show industry knowledge in being able to perform Installation and Maintenance for the following:

• Drywall / Texture / Painting
• Ceramic tile / Grout repair
• Floor & Cove Base Repairs
• Door Install / Repair
• Ceiling Tiles
• General Installations
• Cabinet Repair
• Shelving

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE-in good standing to drive our vehicles

• MUST BE NON SMOKER
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
• MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA
• MUST HAVE VALID FL DRIVERS LIC-in good standing to drive our company vehicles 

Other Essential Duties:

• Dusting and General Cleanup
• Pressure Washing
• Trash Removal
• Floor Stripping and Waxing
• Carpet Cleaning
• Tile and Grout Cleaning

Maintenance and Repair Technician - Other areas as needed requirements:

• Provide and maintain personal hand tools
• Valid FL drivers license with good driving record
• Professional knowledge of tools and equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
• Effective oral and written skills in English
• Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
• We are a non-smoking company

Minimum of 5 years hands on Installation –  Repair - Construction

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Plumbing and electrical a plus
