Engineering Tech II - Caribe Royale

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of general repairs, electric & plumbing. They will complete repairs and perform preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel quality and maintenance standards are achieved. Performs general repairs to in-house plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems. May perform general maintenance on property grounds. Refurbishes furniture and fixtures within the hotel such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters. Paints and finishes furniture and fixtures, if needed.
The Engineering Tech II position requires guest interaction when responding to guest questions, requests, and/or complaints, so the ideal candidate must be friendly and courteous!
A valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years is required for this position.
This position requires general maintenance or engineering experience. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
