Engineering Office Coordinator/Admin - Caribe Royale

The Engineering Office Coordinator/Admin is responsible for assisting engineers in all the day to date operations in the Engineering office.

The ideal candidate will attend to all correspondence and telephones for the Engineering department, will help delegate instructions and work orders to the respective operations and maintenance staff, initiates purchase orders and purchase all office and maintenance supplies, and will oversee the department budget and process all bills. They will also assist Engineers in preparing accounts, costing estimates, and all necessary logs and charts, while helping to maintain personnel files.

 

At least 3 years of previous office experience is required, including good telephone and communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
