Engineering Office Manager - Caribe Royale

The Engineering Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering and the Director of Facilities in their day-to-day operations, including managing renovations and special projects.
The ideal candidate will monitor budgets for special projects for all three Caribe hotels, process weekly payroll using Paycor, process all Caribe Royale special project and renovation purchase orders and invoices, assist the directors and coordinator in locating parts required for maintenance, attend meetings and take minutes, and keep track of all liens for the three Caribe hotels.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organization skills, be very proficient with computers and computer software (ex. Microsoft Word and Excel), and have a strong attention to detail. At least 5 years of office management experience is required. Experience in a hotel or engineering department is preferred.
