Service Dispatch Coordinator

As our business continues to grow, FAS Exteriors, Central Florida’s premier window, door and exterior coating company, seeks a Service Dispatch Coordinator to work out of our facility in Northwest Orlando. 
This position is responsible for service scheduling and follow-up, communicating with our customers and providing in and out of field support to our service technicians. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments for service through direct communication with our customers.
• Verify field documents and part orders. Inspect and prepare window/door parts for field installation service.
• Assists field service technicians at job sites when necessary.
• Responsible for entering detailed notes about services in our customer database.
• Answers telephones promptly and in a professional manner and routes calls appropriately.
• Maintains inventory of stock service items on vehicles.
• Assists with general office duties.
• Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Education, experience, knowledge and skills required for this position include:
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year related office experience is required, preferably in a service environment.  
• Some window/door service skills. Basic window/door knowledge. 
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and work for long periods in a non-air conditioned warehouse.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, good computer skills are a must. Excellent organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task while working in a fast paced, service oriented environment, dealing with daily deadlines.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude when dealing with customers and coworkers.
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethics.  This is a core value of our company!
