Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8 at preschools and day care centers all over the area. We are currently expanding and need a few great instructors to help us run some sessions at a few of our centers.

This is a part time and seasonal position and can be somewhat flexible, depending on your schedule. The classes are during the week, typically in the morning before 11:00 or in the afternoon after 2:30. Each class is 30 to 40 minutes long. We provide training, equipment, and all curriculum materials. We pay $15-20 for each session you run. At some centers, there will be multiple classes, meaning you could run 2 or even 3 classes in a row. This would double or triple your pay.

The ideal instructor meets the following criteria:

Responsible -- arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director, etc.

Professional -- neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director, self assured

Enthusiastic -- Must enjoy young kids, be able to connect with kids ages 2-8, must make the Soccer Shots class the best 35 minutes of their week, etc.

Soccer -- no official soccer experience is required. However, having some familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful

In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check at their own expense. We are currently seeking applicants for our upcoming Fall season. If you meet the criteria listed above and have further interest in a position, please email us with your information and related experience or attach a resume.
