Medical Practice Controller

Local medical practice is seeking an experienced controller.  The controller position is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, budget preparation, collecting, analyzing and organizing financial data. The controller will have a hands on approach in overseeing the transactions of the Finance department and preparing various account reconciliations.  The controller will oversee maintaining the financial systems, processes, documentation and collaborate with management. The Controller will contribute to achieving financial goals by developing and monitoring metrics, analyzing variances and presenting recommendations to CFO/CEO.

The successful candidate will have a BSBA in accounting and a minimum of 5 years accounting experience in a healthcare setting. A demonstrated track record of leading and motivating a well-qualified and dedicated finance team is an essential qualification for this role. The Controller will report to the CFO/CEO.
