As the Store Leader, you build and inspire sales with an impeccable retail environment and experience that inspires customers, employees and staff. You actively build your team - hiring, training, and developing them in all these disciplines and more. You do all of this while upholding high standards for communication, brand awareness and attention to detail. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Build and inspire sales 
• Create excitement for products, launches, and initiatives 
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service 
• Maintain an immaculate and organized retail environment 
• Perform daily store operations 
• Provide reporting to Business Office weekly, monthly, quarterly 

Other Responsibilities: 
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient storage system 
• Manage inventory levels 
• Oversee online retail fulfillment 
• Provide online support and communication to customers

Education and/or Experience: 
• Demonstrated leadership abilities 
• Demonstrated visual merchandising

• Minimum of 2 years higher education 
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience 
• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience 
• Proven ability to drive sales and positive customer experiences 

Computer/Equipment Skills: 
• Point of Sale operating system 
• Proficient in Macintosh 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Photoshop a plus) 

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: 
Work is performed in a retail and (sometimes) storage environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, reach, kneel, stoop and lift up to thirty (30) pounds.
