Dragonfly, a modern Japanese inspired restaurant is seeking hardworking, honest, dedicated, SERVERS and HOSTS who have a genuine passion for hospitality, desires to grow with a forward thinking company, and enjoys working with others who share the same commitment in a team-oriented environment.  

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR MEDIOCRITY!!!  Candidates must have at least 1+ yrs experience in a full service, high volume, and a product driven restaurant (Japanese restaurant experience a plus but not necessary).  Some of the NON-NEGOTIALBE QUALITIES we are looking for are:  Strong communication skills, pleasing/ happy personality, positive attitude and a willingness to learn (open minded).  All shifts are available and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays are mandatory. 

We operate in a very demanding and competitive marketplace and are therefore looking for QUALITY team members who are willing to commit him or her self, LONG TERM, to the demands of the growing business and reap the rewards that result.

Compensation:  Competitive Service Minimum + Gratuities
