At the YMCA of Central Florida our Personal Trainers are paid to provide that all important one on one instructional exercise program as well as maintain a high customer experience. We currently have immediate part-time openings for experienced Personal Trainers at our premier Dr. P. Phillips YMCA and Roper YMCA Family Centers. We are seeking dynamic, cause-driven individuals to cultivate member relationships and improve retention while building a client base to support personal and organizational revenue growth. S/he will also provide clients with motivation and goals through feedback and assessments to reach their personal objectives.The incumbent must have flexible availability to work during peak business hours; including evenings and weekends.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• High School graduate or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors in related field preferred.
• 2 years personal training experience preferred.
• Current Personal Training certification through ACSM, NSCA, NASM, or Y-USA required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings (early as 5 am), weekends and holidays as needed.
