Call Center Representative / Inbound

Full Time
$10 per hour
What you will do:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling telephone calls for Internal and external customers and attempts to sell Protection Agreements on Products that the customer already owns or has recently purchased. The Call Center Representative also answers questions from existing or prior Protection Agreement customers and must be able to handle complex customer issues on a reoccurring basis.
You’re great at:
• Building and maintaining business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
• Delivering sales presentations that are scripted and follow call strategies.
• Fielding customer questions, researching required information using available resources to overcome specific objections raised by the customer.
• Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude and have a natural ability to develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
• Offering the best value for the customer in terms of price, discounts, multiple/additional products and maximum term and stresses the features and benefits of the Protection Agreement.
• Listening and utilizing analytical skills (you ask probing questions and understand concerns).
• Working effectively in a fast paced call center environment (you’re a natural self starter and have a strong work ethic)
Job Requirements
You’re extra awesome:
• 1-3 years prior inbound Call Center experience
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma/ GED
• You are punctual and have a strong work attendance history
• Pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
WIIFM:
• Full Time - $10 per hour
• 4 week paid training (M-F, 1st shift)
• Work 2pm-10pm M-F, some Saturdays
