Project Manager/Estimator

Damage, restoration and cleaning company is seeking a Project Manager for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and organization and administration.

Ideal candidate will have industry experience, Xactimate estimating writing experience, and experience overseeing projects.

• Responsible for coordinating all engineering, cost control, quality assurance.
• Responsible from start to project closeout, to know the plans, specifications, estimate, cost reports and the contract for all assigned projects.
• Determine the overall construction schedule and preparation of the detailed CPM schedule. Supervise all field technicians and subcontract work: procurement, coordination, performance, and final payments. 
• Individual will be responsible for planning and delivering projects that meet the requirements for project margins, schedules, budgets, and quality of service.

Job requirements include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration industry is preferred.  
• Experience in both residential and commercial construction is required.
• Meet requirements of agreed upon sales goals and budgets
• Xactimate software experience, 27/28 version
• Computer Literate; MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-8:00am to 5:00-6:00p and on call once a month.

Term: Fulltime to Hire

Salary: $50,000.00- $60,000.00 per year (includes company car, laptop and cell phone)
