Sales Call Center Job Description:

• You will be the primary point of contact for both inbound and outbound calls to assist with customer requests and respond to their questions
• Become familiar with product and be able to communicate with customer about the product and features
• Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or call center experience
• Customer focused personality
• Drive to succeed and grow with a company
