Qualifications:    

  • BS or AS in Accounting; Knowledge of IT Financial Systems; Experience with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Customer Interface. Bi-Lingual – English & Spanish

 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Student attendance recording, Student files management, Billing and A/R processing, Past Due Accounts and Collection Management, Student Registration and Enrollment, Student Records Management

Skills Required:

  • Good Communication and Decision Making skills; Organization and Planning; Conflict Management.

Starting pay:    $10- $12 – but is negotiable based on the educational level and years of experience, as well as references.  Potential to quickly exceed starting salary based on the learning curve and skills set already acquired.
