The sales account rep will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify and prospect for new business within assigned geographical territory via cold calling, networking and calling on previous clients
  • Conduct sales meetings to present company’s services and build relationships with local businesses
  • Identify staffing pain points within prospective clients and present staffing solutions that are best for the customer

An ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 year college degree, 4 year degree preferred or commensurate experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in business to business sales or recruiting
  • A proven track record of building strong customer relationships
  • Excellent sales skills with a high level of independent motivation
  • A strong team player and proven self-starter
  • Superior organizational and follow up skills
  • Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Candidates should have a winner’s mentality, customer focus, drive for results, passion and imagination with well-developed communication skills. A team builder, who is metrics driven with an appetite for success.
