The sales account rep will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and prospect for new business within assigned geographical territory via cold calling, networking and calling on previous clients
- Conduct sales meetings to present company’s services and build relationships with local businesses
- Identify staffing pain points within prospective clients and present staffing solutions that are best for the customer
An ideal candidate will have:
- 2 year college degree, 4 year degree preferred or commensurate experience
- A minimum of two years of experience in business to business sales or recruiting
- A proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- Excellent sales skills with a high level of independent motivation
- A strong team player and proven self-starter
- Superior organizational and follow up skills
- Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
