Job Description:
The Account Renewal Agent manages existing customer accounts and renews their current service level. We offer only full time opportunities in our Renewal department. A variety of shifts are offered, most start in the early afternoon/early evening.

Skills/Requirements:
*Previous customer service and/or outbound telesales experience is required.

*Should possess good reading skills and have a clear speaking voice.

*Exceptional customer service and listening skills.
*Must have basic keyboarding/PC skills.
*Must be willing and able to follow our scripted sales process.
