Hospitality & Resturant Experience Wanted ! Account Executive New Branches Opening

Sales & Marketing Associates wanted to fill position in our established Orlando Sales & Marketing Firm.  At Marketing Consultants of Orlando we have established our roots across the country opening our first location in our organization in 2009.  Since then we have opened 12 new locations, 3 in the past six weeks, and plan on developing 7 more Branch Partners to manage 7 new locations by the end of next year!  The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience within the restaurant industry.  We have found that candidates with a restaurant background have the desire to work with the public and work ethic to be trained for a management position.

Job Description:

• Work independently and as a team                                                       

 • Product training of new technology and promotions                                 

• Executes direct sales and marketing presentation                                   

• Assists customers with any questions they may have about services       

 • Gains knowledge on all new clients that the company acquires                

 • Pass on knowledge to new sales associates through hands on training    

 • Learn recruiting and hiring process after sales position is mastered          

 • Ensure highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity

All positions are Full-time and for our Orlando location. Applicants must have reliable transportation. 

Requirements:

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, however training is provided

• Excellent organization skills, communication and customer service          

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment                          

• Ability to build and maintain relationships                                               

 • Present a professional appearance and dress code                                 

 • Pass a background check - We represent Fortune 100 clients

Branch Partners are ONLY promoted from within our company! We are looking for someone we can start off in an entry level sales associate position and promote through our management training program.
