This is fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing teams in the business who are focused on helping our customers realise the benefits of using a globally leading HCM platform, Fairsail.
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for supporting the successful design and implementation of Fairsail HCM solutions for clients by working closely with client business teams and internal delivery teams to drive the scope, definition, delivery management and adoption of solutions cloud based solutions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking a lead functional role in Fairsail assignments and building trusted client relationships
- Conducting discovery sessions with client to determine pain points and diagnose how Fairsail can provide value and how the implementation can achieve return on investment
- Managing the client implementation process through effective use of change control and adhering to project management standards of the company
- Taking ownership for drafting and developing the project plan
- Documenting requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artifacts
- Configuring the HCM platform to meet customer requirements
- Preparing project documentation
- Preparing and delivering end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Self-reliance and a desire to work in a high energy, fast growing organisation
- The ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments - taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds.
- Ability to materially contribute to RFQ’s and tender documents
- Knowledge of HR applications and workflows
- An education to degree level or higher
- Aptitude to understand functional business processes
- Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and work variable hours
