RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients.
  • Conduct the required number of first meetings each week - attend the initial meeting, set the proposal meeting & gather all required documents.
  • Generate written proposals through internal systems, gain appropriate approvals, and prepare to present to potential clients.
  • Keep informed of current client needs and manage ongoing relationship
  • Work diligently to help company retain all existing accounts
  • Cooperating with and engaging support of operations staff to assure that business is serviced successfully

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience selling Staffing services (seasonal, temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire) Training and HR Outsourcing is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year experience selling in a B2B Staffing environment
  • Ability to cold call, generate leads, and set appointments with key decision makers
  • Experience calling on C-level executives and business owners
  • Must be Bilingual with Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • AS degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to conduct group presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
