RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients.
- Conduct the required number of first meetings each week - attend the initial meeting, set the proposal meeting & gather all required documents.
- Generate written proposals through internal systems, gain appropriate approvals, and prepare to present to potential clients.
- Keep informed of current client needs and manage ongoing relationship
- Work diligently to help company retain all existing accounts
- Cooperating with and engaging support of operations staff to assure that business is serviced successfully
Requirements:
- Prior experience selling Staffing services (seasonal, temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire) Training and HR Outsourcing is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience selling in a B2B Staffing environment
- Ability to cold call, generate leads, and set appointments with key decision makers
- Experience calling on C-level executives and business owners
- Must be Bilingual with Strong communication skills both written and oral
- AS degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to conduct group presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
